2Who can enter
- You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- Open worldwide, except the Province of Quebec, any place subject to U.S. sanctions, and anywhere this giveaway is prohibited or restricted by law. Void where prohibited.
- Not eligible: Sponsor's employees, contractors, paid affiliates and partners working on Grade School, and their immediate family and household members.
3Entry period
Entry opens Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time. It closes when the live class starts on Monday, November 16, 2026, scheduled for 11:00 AM Pacific Time. If the start time changes, we post the new time on this page and at thegradeschool.com/interactive.
4How to enter
- Save a free seat for the live class at thegradeschool.com/interactive, or register for the class on Crowdcast. Either way is one entry.
- Limit one entry per person, no matter how many emails or ways you use. Entries from bots, scripts or fake identities are void.
- Buying anything does not raise your chance of winning.
5Prizes
- 5 prizes. Each winner gets lifetime access to Grade School Interactive at thegradeschool.com, with no fee for as long as Sponsor operates Grade School Interactive.
- Approximate retail value: $999 per prize. Total value of all prizes: $4,995.
- Prizes are not transferable and have no cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winners pay any taxes on their prize. U.S. winners give Sponsor an IRS Form W-9 and receive a Form 1099 for the prize value.
6The drawing
- The drawing happens live, on screen, during the class on November 16, 2026.
- You must be present to win. At the moment of the drawing, the eligible pool is every valid entrant who is in the live class on Crowdcast, matched by the email they entered with.
- Sponsor picks 5 winners and 5 alternates, in order, from that pool with a random number generator, shown on screen.
- Your odds depend on how many eligible entrants are in the live class at the drawing.
7Winners and claiming
- We announce winners live by first name and last initial. Within 24 hours we email each winner at the address they entered with.
- To claim, reply within 7 days to confirm you are eligible (and send the W-9, if you are in the U.S.).
- If a winner does not claim within 7 days, is not eligible, or the email bounces, the prize goes to the next alternate in order, who has 7 days to claim the same way.
- Each winner gets their lifetime access email within 2 business days of claiming.
- For the winners' list, reply to any Grade School email by December 31, 2026.
8The fine print
- Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or the drawing, breaks these rules, or acts to annoy or harm others.
- If a technical failure, fraud or anything outside Sponsor's control damages the giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, pause or change it, and may draw from the valid entries received before the problem.
- By entering, you release Sponsor from liability for any loss arising from the giveaway or the prize, except where the law does not allow it.
- Where allowed by law, winners agree Sponsor may share their first name and last initial as a winner.
- Sponsor uses your entry information to run this giveaway and to send class reminders and Grade School emails. Unsubscribe anytime from any email.
- California law governs these rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.
